Return & Refund Policy

At BCS Furniture Liquidation, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident in every purchase, and we strive to make the return process simple and fair.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • Items must be in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and free of stains, odors, or alterations).

  • Clearance, “as-is,” and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • If an item doesn’t work for your space, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within the 7-day return period.

  • Any difference in price must be paid at the time of exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to process, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for returning items to the store, unless otherwise arranged with our delivery team.
